Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Optiremote job portal (the "Site"), including posting jobs or subscribing to job alerts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Site.

Eligibility

Use of the Site is available to individuals or entities who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.
Companies posting jobs and job seekers must be at least 18 years old.

Free Job Posting

Optiremote offers free job postings to companies to facilitate hiring. Companies may post unlimited listings, subject to compliance with these Terms.
Optiremote reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any job posting that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

Job Seeker Services

Job seekers may register for free job alerts tailored to their preferences (e.g., location, skills).
Alerts are sent via email and are subject to Optiremote’s Privacy Policy.

Offshore Team Services

Optiremote provides a gateway for companies to establish offshore India teams, potentially reducing workforce budgets by up to 50%.
Companies using this service agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and Indian labor laws.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information and refrain from posting unlawful, defamatory, or misleading content.
Companies are responsible for the legality and accuracy of job postings. Optiremote is not liable for hiring decisions or outcomes.
Job seekers must use the Site solely for seeking employment opportunities.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos and design, is owned by Optiremote Americas LLC. Users may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
Job postings and profiles remain the property of their respective owners but are licensed to Optiremote for platform use.

Limitation of Liability

Optiremote is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Site use, including hiring disputes or job alert delays.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

Optiremote may suspend or terminate access to the Site at its discretion for violations of these Terms.
Users may discontinue use at any time by ceasing to access the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Austin, Texas.

Changes to Terms

Optiremote may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
