What Youll Be Doing- Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources (internal systems, databases and external providers)
- Ensure high data quality and integrity in all analysis
- Use statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and key business insights
- Translate complex data into clear findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Present findings in a concise, visually engaging manner, focusing on business impact
- Act as a key business partner to underwriting, claims, finance, and other business areas
- Understand stakeholder requirements and deliver tailored reporting and analytics solutions
- Identify opportunities for automation, self-service analytics, and advanced data solutions
- Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices in data analytics and reporting
- Proactively manage data-related risks and drive a strong control environment
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analysis, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a similar industry
- Proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences
- Attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to update key stakeholders across the business on account performance
